I'm Janice, the heart and soul of Meditation in Motion.

I believe in the transformative power of connecting with nature and our bodies. Through mindful movement and meditation, I create spaces for people to pause, breathe, and rediscover their inner peace.

With over a decade of yoga practice and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training from Awakening Arts in the art of Embodied Flow™ in 2020, I’ve been sharing the joy of movement and mindfulness since 2021. My retreats offer a unique escape to immerse yourself in nature, nourish your well-being, and return to daily life refreshed and rejuvenated.

I'm passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, including those with limited mobility. My chair yoga classes have been a highlight of my career so far, providing a safe and supportive space for participants to explore their bodies and breath.

My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their inner and outer selves. Whether it's a retreat, yoga class, or online content, I'm committed to guiding you towards a more mindful and fulfilling life.

A love for nature has always been very present in my life. I strive to live in unison with mother nature. These experiences are offerings from my heart to yours.
