Reground and Reconnect workshop

Introducing Our New Summer retreat! Whether you're embarking on your first journey with us or seeking a serene and leisurely walk in nature, our shorter, slower-paced walks are the perfect way to savor the present moment and tune into your inner and outer world

Please note, spaces are limited to 7 people per retreat. If you would like to arrange a private booking, please get in touch.

A light vegan lunch and fruit will be provided. when booking you will be prompted to add in any dietary requirments

Suitable for all fitness levels, I highly encourage you to take as much time as you need and slow down where possible.

If you need extra support or have questions about terrain, please email me. 

As we are in nature, experiences are weather dependent and will be postponed if nature disagrees with our date. In that instance, you will be contacted with new dates or refund options.
